Caesar salad with chicken filet

Salad recipes caesar

Caesar salad is one of my favorites because it combines the fresh with the filling so very well. So here is my go to Caesar salad recipe for you to try out.

Ingredients you will need:

  • salad mix of your choice;
  • tomatoes;
  • eggs;
  • white bread toast;
  • chicken filet;
  • Spices;
  • Caesar salad sauce;
  • Parmesan cheese.

1. Lettuce leaves of your chosen salad mix can be immediately put on plates in equal portions. I choose store bought salad mix because you don’t have to wash or prepare it really. Then I add Caesar salad dressing or just a little mayonnaise. After that, cut some tomato slices and egg slices (you can use cherry tomatoes and quail eggs, then cut them in half).

2. Tip: For a healthier result, make a sauce by mixing no sugar yogurt with French mustard, squeezed garlic cloves and a sliver of lemon juice.

3. Then fry in a drop of olive oil cubes of white bread (you can sprinkle some seasoning of your choice, maybe garlic salt to taste garlic).

4. Sprinkle the prepared toast on the salad.

5. Then fry the chicken filet, on average one filet per two people is enough. Filet cut in half, wrap the chicken in spices and bake until crispy crust. The finished filet is placed on top of the salad.

6. At the end of all, add finely grated Parmesan cheese.

Once you get all the ingredients, the preparation of this Ceasar’s salad is very simple and fast. Hope you enjoy it!

The best of potato salad recipes

Salad recipes potato

Another one of my favorites is the slav people classic, a yummy and creamy potato salad. Here is the recipe for a potato salad with celery, pickles and onions. A classic recipe that uses mayonnaise and mustard to make the sauce.

Beware that this kind of salad is often made for celebrations to feed a lot of people at once. Besides, it easily lasts a few days in the fridge but you can also make a smaller batch.

Ingredients you will need:

  • 900 g of potatoes;
  • 250 ml of mayonnaise;
  • 1 tbsp of mustard;
  • salt to taste;
  • black peppers to taste;
  • 100 g of celery;
  • 3 large carrots;
  • 100 g of pickles;
  • 1 onion;
  • 6 hard boiled eggs.

1. In a large saucepan, peel and cut potatoes and carrots into quarters, pour water and add a little salt. When the water starts to bubble, boil the vegetables for about 15 minutes until lightly soft. The finished potatoes and carrots are drained and cooled.

2. Put mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper in a salad bowl and stir. Then add finely chopped celery stalks, chopped pickles and onions.

3. Stir everything and then add the already cut potatoes and carrots, finely chopped eggs and mix everything lightly.

4. The salad is refrigerated for a few hours, then it will be the most delicious.

5. Serve in small bowls, garnished with fresh herbs to suit every taste.

Enjoy your meal!

Crab salad with cheese and pasta

Salad recipes crab

A salad that can be prepared very fast and that is greatly loved by my family and friends, is the crab salad with pasta. The longest in its preparation is to wait until the pasta cools down. Everything else is super easy and fast!

This is the salad I choose to make the most when there is just a tiny bit of leftover pasta.

Ingredients you will need:

  • 200 g of crab sticks;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • 2 handfuls of cooked pasta;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • handful of dill;
  • 150 g of mayonnaise;
  • freshly ground black pepper.

1. Crab sticks and tomatoes are cut into not very fine pieces.

2. Chop the dill, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

3. Put everything in a bowl, add the cooked pasta (cold), mayonnaise and mix everything. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and serve on the table. Ready!

Didn’t I say it will be fast and easy?

By the way, this salad tastes very good even without pasta. You can also vary the amount of tomatoes – in the season when they are very aromatic and juicy, you can easily add more!
